Ron Covington
Owner / President

Prior to founding Estate Homes (which became the Colorado Springs Division of John Laing Homes) and remained as President for seven years. Under his leadership, his division was recognized nationally for being among the highest rated home builders in the U.S. for overall quality and homebuyer satisfaction. The company built and sold over 1,500 homes in the Pikes Peak region during his tenure. Through these experiences as well as his participation in a joint-venture with Wells Fargo Mortgage, development of over 800 single family home sites, and numerous townhome and condominium projects, Mr. Covington has gained valuable knowledge and skills in both all sectors of Homebuilding and Real Estate.

 

Dillon Harder
Project Manager

Past experience and sound determination are two important skills in building a home. Dillon has been homing both for over a decade and it shows in the quality homes he builds. Dillon’s career started at his father’s homebuilding company through high school and college. After spending a few years as a pilot and flight instructor, he returned to the homebuilding industry with a position at Mountain West Homebuilders, specializing in design and construction of custom homes. Dillon added to his experience by joining the team at John Laing Homes as a Superintendent and Land Acquisition Analyst. Dillon is also a licensed real estate broker and understands that when its all said and done, a home should be a comfortable place for families and a positive addition to the community.

 

Laureen Deveau
Administrative Assistant

Exceptional Customer service and organization skills are fully utilized in Laureen’s role at RCH. She is an integral part of the engine that makes the RCH Team run smoothly. Her loyalty and commitment to RCH, our Homeowners, and the community in which she lives is exceptional and she continually exceeds expectations. Her past experience involves many years of customer service positions, administrative and accounting positions. A former collegiate athlete in volleyball, Laureen truly knows the definition ‘Team’. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from CU Colorado Springs, is a Colorado Native, and enjoys all sports, traveling, cooking, working out and spending time with her husband.
